My current session fee is $180. I do not accept insurance, but I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement through Out-of-Network Benefits. Many clients also pay for therapy through HSA or FSA accounts.

I strive to balance accessibility with sustainability in my practice. As such, a small number of sliding-scale appointments are available and offered thoughtfully based on current availability.
